This letter of reference is to express our reasoning for choosing TouchPointCare when our agency first started contemplating a telehealth program. We had much to consider with the decision but the main three reasons TouchPoint Care was the best choice are as follows. First, TouchPointCare already had a library of question however we could alter and add to the library as we so desired to best meet the need of our patient population. Secondly, TouchPointCare allowed us a choice in how our phone calls were handled (we could make them ourselves or TouchPointCare could make them for us). Finally, the price was attractive and there was a price break if the agency chose to make the calls from our own office.
I appreciate all your help with the program and all the support you have given to our agency. I look forward to our continued working relationship in this matter.
