Low Cost, Private Label

TouchPointCare's product enables providers to set up their own private label. It allows providers' participants to furnish their data over the phone or via the web - they hear or view only the provider-branded service.

Using TPC´s technology, which is invisible to participants, they report their symptoms, measurements, or compliance to their prescribed program. They do so via three primary means: over the phone speaking to a live person who records their results, over the phone via Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR) or via the internet. If any response exceeds predetermined thresholds, specific protocols are initiated, such as immediate notification of the provider/caregiver or instructions for the patients to call their physician.
