As a web based application TouchPointCare offers an attractive proposition to third party organizations in the health care industry. Our solution is extremely easy to learn and use; most user organizations can be operational with a single day of on­line training. The system requires no software or hardware to be purchased or maintained. All a customer needs is access to the Internet with a standard web browser.

TouchPointCare is interested in working with a variety of organizations on a partner, private label/VAR or reseller relationship level.

Our Affiliates are for those organizations interested in promoting the TouchPointCare products and services to a distinct constituency with whom the Affiliate has an  existing relationship. Examples of Affiliates would be state home health care associations, DME associations, and case and disease management associations, among others.

Depending upon the level of involvement in the sales, implementation and support process and revenue commitment/potential, Affiliates are offered Promotional Fees  based upon a percentage of total revenues generated.

Certified Consultants
Implementing a data driven approach to health care might require some expert assistance. TPC Certified Consultants have undergone TPC sponsored certification training and education programs to be able to help any organization implement and deploy the TPC solution. They can assist provider organizations with designing evidenced based questions, and creating “best practices” for the provider. With a TPC Certified Consultant, our customers know they are dealing with someone who understands the TPC system and the role of phone monitoring in implementing a data driven approach to health care.

A Value Added Remarketer (VAR) is a vendor organization that would use the TouchPointCare technology as part of a package of products and services they would offer to their market place. The typical VAR would embed the TPC application into their product and offer it as their own solution. Discounted VAR pricing is negotiable depending upon VAR responsibilities, markets and revenue generated.

For those vendor organizations that want to increase their product offering to current customers in the health care industry or expand their market opportunity within the industry TPC will provide distribution rights to our products. Wholesale pricing for Resellers is flexible depending upon negotiated Reseller responsibilities, territory and revenue generation.
